All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in original lot no. 292, Second Land District, Appling County, Georgia, COMMENCING AT A point on the South original lot line of said lot, said point of commencement being the point where the East right of way of a county road, locally known as Luray Street, intersects the South original land line of lot No. 292; the West property line runs Northward along and abutting the right of way of the county road, or Luray Street, a distance of approximately 200 feet to the South right of way of a county road; thence running and running Eastward along and abutting the South right of way of said county road for a distance of 100 feet; thence turning and running Southward a distance of approximately 200 feet to the South original lot line of lot no. 292; thence turning and running West along the South original lot line of lot no. 292 a distance of 100 feet; this being the POINT OF COMMENCEMENT. The right of way of the county road, or Luray Street, on the West side of this property being 50 feet and the county road along the North side of this property being 50 feet.
