A native and lifelong resident of Appling County she was born Nov. 14, 1922 to the late David Robert Carter and the late Magdalene Fowler Carter. Eileen was a member of the First Baptist Church where she was a member of Queen Ester Sunday School Class. Mrs. Carson was owner and operator of Eileen’s Beauty Shop for more than 50 years.
