The City of Baxley will hold a Called Meeting on January 10, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 282 E. Parker Street, Baxley, Georgia. The primary purpose of the Called Meeting is a public hearing as well as any other business that may come before the Mayor and Council. The public hearing will offer opportunities for comments on an application for annexation on the proposed zoning Residential (R-20), on property owned by Bonnie R. BEGINNING at a point on the South right of way of Woodland Drive. This point being North 89 degrees 48' East a distance of 1500 feet from the South right of way intersection of Woodland Drive with the West right of way intersection of the Ben Carter Highway; thence running from POINT OF BEGINNING North 89 degrees 48' East along the South right of way of Woodland Drive for a distance of 300 feet; thence running South 01 degrees 50' East a distance of 150 feet; thence running South 89 degrees 48' West for a distance of 300 feet; thence running North 01 degrees 50' West a distance of 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
