Bowers to celebrate 70th anniversary

The family of Ed and Annie Merle Bowers would like to invite friends and relatives to a reception honoring their 70th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Dec. 17 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Freewill Baptist Church social hall in Surrency.

They were married on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 1941. Their children are daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Mike Sutton and daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Glenn Stone. They have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Please let your presence be your gift and join them in their celebration of 70 years.
