Lady Pirates basketball team wins scrimmage over Jefferson County

It’s that time of year again. On Tuesday, November 15, the Lady Pirates basketball team traveled to Jefferson County for a scrimmage game. 

The Lady Pirates were victorious in a 60-35 defeat over the Lady Warriors.  Briyanna Brantley led the way with 16 points, Alexus Boles 12 points, and Zina Bryant 12 points. 

Defense was led by Celecca Fedrick, Jena Vann, and Mikela Barlow with steals and rebounds. 

The Lady Pirates will tip off the season November 29 playing host to rival Bacon County.  Please come out and support Pirate Basketball.
