Sara Marin Lopez and Esteban Ortega are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Esteban Ortega. Esteban was born at 4:28 p.m. Oct. 24, 2011. He weighed six pounds and six ounces at birth. Dr. Catherine Jackson-Evans was the attending physician.


Maternal grandparents are Rigoberto Marin Cruz and Francisca Lopez Hernandez of Alma. Paternal grandparents are Isidro Ortega Garcia and Gloria Vargas of Hidalgo, Mexico. He was welcomed home by his sister, Jaqueline, age 1-1/2.
