Your input is needed! Please visit the system website to complete the Title I-A Parental Involvement/School Improvement Survey. The results from this survey are used to plan for the upcoming school year based on your family needs, and the survey is a requirement for the Title I schools to receive funding. The Title I-A schools include Appling County Middle School, Fourth District Elementary School, Altamaha Elementary School, Appling County Elementary School, Appling County Primary School, and AMIKids Baxley Wilderness. It will take less than ten minutes to complete. Please complete by Monday, February 21.
The directions are as follows:
Step 1: Go to www.appling.k12.ga.us website.
Step 2: Click on District and School Surveys located on the menu at the left side of the page.
Step 3: Click on Title I-A Parental Involvement/School Improvement in the Spanish or English version and follow the directions.
Step 4: After the survey is complete, click the SUBMIT button.
Step 5: Sign the bottom of the form that will be sent home with your child on Monday, February 14 to return to your child’s teacher.
