Griffin and Hamilton receive indictments

Judge E. M. Wilkes III opened indictments in Appling County Superior Court on October 18. Indicted were:

Richard Griffin – Aggravated sexual battery, sodomy, cruelty to children in the first degree - two counts, cruelty to children in the second degree - two counts and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Holly Ann Hamilton – Influencing a witness and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
