It’s a girl-Velazquez!

She was born at 9:47 p.m. on February 3, 2011, and weighed eight pounds. She was delivered by Dr. John Crane at the Appling Healthcare System. Katy joins older sister, Breanna Taylor, age 6, and brother, Thomas Taylor, age 3. Katy is the granddaughter of Kathy and Tommy Simpson and Billy Jack Taylor, all of Baxley, and of Angelina Ruiz and Octavio Velazquez of Chiapas, Mexico.
