Pretty Ford to be closed

The Appling County Board of Commissioners advise motorists of a road closure effective on Monday, Oct. 3 on Pretty Ford Road.

The Appling County Board of Commissioners was notified on Thursday, Sept. 29 regarding the need for the closure. The west end of Pretty Ford Road will be closed for a period of time due to the U.S. 1 expansion project. All residences along Pretty Ford Road will be required to use Satilla Church Road. No through traffic until further notice. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
