Boy Scouts visit North Carolina Mountains

The scouts of Troop 472 recently spent a weekend in the North Carolina Mountains. They climbed the snow covered Looking Glass Rock, which has an elevation of 4,000 feet.

The troop visited the Cowpens National Battlefield and observed the Revolutionary War reenactment. Scouts who attended were Darius White, Camp Singer, Caleb Andrews, Paul Myrick, Everett Lewis, Stewart Magee and Michael Williamson. Adult leaders were Alan Singer and Matt Jones.
