Dear Editor,
What’s happening to America today? What is God saying to us? So many times He speaks and we don’t pay any attention to him. We have always been a blessed nation, spiritually and in wealth, but we have forgotten where we come from. We need to start listening, “God is angry.” Just look around and think about what’s happening in today’s world.
The storm is raging; get your ticket now
There is a God, believe it or not! Think about the speech of Dr. Martin Luther King, all the words he spoke have come into existence. How did he know unless God spoke to him? We better wake up before it’s too late. America is tumbling, because we have forgotten to pray. Read the scripture in II Chronicles 7:14. God is not a man that should lie. Read Numbers 23:19.
We get punished when we are disobedient and are not willing to help our neighbors, somehow we or our (seed) children will be punished. We need each other in this world today. We are so busy thinking of self, forgetting what could happen to us in a flash of lightening or the twinkling of an eye. God has that kind of power, but we don’t listen or hear him when He speaks.
There is one way He can get our attention and that is through thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes, mudslides, hurricanes, earthquakes and fires. ‘What about the heat? Who has control? He’s saying to us you haven’t heard or responded to me in the past when I spoke, so can you hear me now, as I speak with the weather? Wind, rainstorms and earthquakes?
People, we need to wake up. God is watching. He sees all we do and hears all we say. Think about it before it’s too late. Where you stand in God’s eyes determines what you see in the end. It doesn’t matter how wide the gate opens for us in wealth and prosperity, it will close one day. So, get your ticket now. Prayer and love is the key, for God is love and He always blesses His people. God Bless America.

In the approved holy texts (per the whims of the leaders of the Christian church in the early middle ages) of Christianity, Jesus of Nazareth states multiple times that if any one who believes in him asks for anything in his name, it shall be granted. Having listened to a multitude of 'believers' pray for my salvation, aka belief in Jesus, and still having a distinct lack of any belief in a deity I can assume one of two things.
1. That no one actually believes in Jesus, or...
2. If everyone maintains their belief, Jesus was not telling the truth when he made those statements.
