Mattie Marie Allen and Sheldon Bernard Knight, Sr. are proud to announce the birth of their son, Sheldon Bernard Knight, Jr.

He was born June 29, 2011 at Appling Healthcare System. He weighed seven pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long at birth. Dr. Catherine Jackson-Evans was the attending physician.

Maternal grandparents are Tanya Allen and Quincey Allen.

Paternal grandparents are Sevella A. Knight and Kenny L. Hayes.

He was welcomed home by his brother, Andre N. Burkett.
